Discerning health choices have to be done with acute awareness. Read updates on omega 3, CoQ10, and Vitamin D. Take heed in the effects of salt and the ‘Silent thief – osteoporosis’. And now that it’s summer get out and play, take a chance or two and ‘Stay Sun Safe’!
