Chocolate Balls

These are absolutely delicious, plus this is a fast and easy, no-bake recipe!

»  3⁄4 cup almond butter
(or any nut butter that you prefer)
»  1⁄4 cup tahini
»  1⁄2 cup 100% pure maple syrup
»  1 cup toasted sesame seeds*
»  1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
»  1 cup oat bran
»  1⁄2 cup wheat germ

1 Add nut butter, tahini and maple syrup to food processor; blend until smooth.
2 Add sesame seeds, cocoa, oat bran and wheat germ; blend until it forms a dough. I find it best to do this by hand, kneading it all together.
3 When it is mixed through, roll into balls.
Store in sealed container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or freeze them.

* To toast sesame seeds, place them in a dry pan over medium heat and stir continuously until the seeds become light brown in color.
