Crab and Strawberry Salad with Lime

Preparation 10 minutes
Serves 4 to 6


» Flesh of 2 avocados, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm)
   cubes
» 1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut
    in 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes
» 1  1/2 cups (375 mL) fresh strawberries,
   quartered
» 3/4 lb (350 g) snow crab meat, fresh or frozen
» Juice of 2 limes
» 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
» Salt and pepper

In a bowl, gently toss all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
